What:
In 2023, Toyota by CFAO, for the 3rd consecutive year, extended sponsorship to the WRC Safari Rally edition. This sponsorship highlighted Toyota’s dedication to pushing performance limits and used this opportunity to build brand love around Toyota in Kenya, and get more Kenyans, including rally enthusiasts, to create the link between the impressive performance of the Toyota Gazoo Racing (Toyota GR) vehicles and Toyota vehicle models sold in the country.
Engage BCW was tasked with creating an integrated communication campaign that would drive awareness in the market around the WRC positioning as the event of the year and strongly associate the event with the Toyota brand, and the QDR value proposition.
How:
The campaign leveraged influencer marketing by bringing on board renowned automotive digital creators, motorsport and rally enthusiasts, and automotive photographers to amplify our key messages.
