ABC Bank went through a series of ebbs and flows in 2019 beginning with an onslaught of fake news on social media which was successfully managed.

ABC Bank undertook a series of CSR activities that were greatly covered ensuring that the message that the lender goes “beyond banking” was delivered to audiences and as a result strengthening the bank’s positioning and reputation.

Additionally, ABC Bank gradually gained traction as a thought leader in Diaspora banking through well- placed opinion pieces in the mainstream media.
